1. COPYWRITER

Job description
Typical work activities :
+ work closely in a creative partnership with an art director to conceive, develop and produce effective advertisements.
+ meeting the account management team to discuss client requirements and product background;
+ brainstorming ideas and concepts;
+ working in a close-knit creative partnership with the art director to generate workable concepts and ideas;
+ writing clear, persuasive, original copy;
+ submitting ideas and discussing progress with the creative director before making presentations to clients;

Qualifications:
+ Excellent writing skills, with the ability to express a message clearly and persuasively in Vietnamese & English.
+ Excellent communication and team-working skills
+ A good command of grammar, spelling and punctuation
+ Good business sense
+ Love to work creatively
+ Minimum 2 years experience as Copywriter

2. ART DIRECTOR / CREATIVE DIRECTOR ( freelancer but willing to cooperate in team work project by project)

Job description
Responsible for producing innovative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns in all kinds of media( ATL & BTL).

Typical work activities
+ Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client’s requirements
+ Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at;
+ Working closely with the copywriter, visualizer to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief;
+ Briefing other members of the creative team
+ Visiting and assessing different locations for potential shoots and working on location;
+ Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors
+ Working in editing suites to oversee the finished product

Requirements:
+ Loving to work in creative
+ Strong in creative but work well with team
+ At least 3-4 year experience.

3. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR / SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/ SENOR ACCOUNT
highly passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative oriented leader. A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the following responsibilities:

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide Strategic and Marketing Leadership

+ Works with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements products to help achieve client goals.
+ Develop the importance of the overall marketing mix.
+ Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations.
+ Develop broad industry expertise.

• Build and Grow Client Relationships

+ Understand clients’ business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance.
+ Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
+ Develop multi-tiered agency-client relationships and ties.

• Effectively Manage Team

+ Manage a team of three to five marketing professionals
+ Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment.
+ Provide team leadership that rewards creativity.

• Manage Financial Performance

+ Achieve client targets within the context of the underlying opportunity.
+ Maintain or improve account profitability.
+ Work with business development team to develop new client sales proposals.

• Contribute to the Firm

+ Balance client demands with participation in broader agency initiatives.

Experience:

• University / College degree required
• Approximately 3+ years of related industry experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or client company, or product management at a client company.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
• Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization
• Strong knowledge or experience in communication agency businesses, account management/coordination, client/campaign strategy.

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
