ParkCity Hanoi, strategically situated at the intersection of Le Van Luong and Le Trong Tan roads, will be the best master-planned township of the capital. Major Responsibilities
Be accountable for meeting the objectives of the Project management Department. The responsibilities includes but not limited to: Managing 04 Senior Project Managers, 05 Project Managers, Securing approvals/permits; Administrating contracts; Supervising contractors & consultants to ensure proper execution of the Company’s township project.
Report to: General Director
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Science in either Construction Management, Architecture, Civil or Structural or M&E Engineering.
- Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the construction and handover of a township / new urban area or several resorts and high-rise buildings in Viet Nam as Project or Site Manager/Construction Director.
- Familiar with multinational working environment. Minimum 10 years of working experience in project execution
- Motivated and talented individual who is able to effectively communicate in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong leadership and management skills. Both systematic & logic thinking and detail focus.
- Age of 40 – 45
