- Manage development team.
- Contact, negotiate and maintain the relationship between the Company and Clients to win/keep the projects.
- Manage, assign the development members to the projects (co-operate with group leaders).
- Monitor, control all the projects (with the support of Program manager team).
- Solve all problems of all projects and deal with clients effectively.
- Participate to improve the Software Development Process.
YÊU CẦU CHUNG

- Vietnamese/Overseas Vietnamese
- Age: from 30 to under 40
- Excellent skills in English, very good phonetic pronunciation is the top priority.
- Very good background in IT and Web Industry (popular web systems, sites, concepts…), at least understand the overview and advantage/disadvantage of web development technologies (.NET, JAVA, PHP, Flash).
- Deep experienced as a Director/manager in Software development industry (Web industry is a strong plus).
- Strong Business Analysis ability.
- Have a wide strategic vision.
- Ability in customer support, customer care.
- Easy to adapt, quick learning.
- Good at self-organized, documentation.
- Excellent skills: inter-personal, presentation, negotiation, persuasion.
