• Interact with the Offshore Project Leaders & Foreign Clients and understand their application requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for these Applications in English according to our standard templates.
• Report to Manager.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for Development whenever requirements need to be clarified.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
Requirement
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Delivers informative, well-organized presentations
• Understands Internet and Internet based applications
• Understands Web Development technology is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
• Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion
Education/Training
• Bachelor's/Engineer’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/IT.
• Technician’s/Diploma’s Degree can be considered.
